IAN DEVRIES – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT: With 30 years of experience, Ian DeVries is well-versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant representation and Land Development. Ian serves as advisor to the leaders of major corporations, institutions and developers, such as Hillwood and Alere Property Group. From 2008-2013, Ian and his partners have facilitated the sale and leasing of industrial space in excess of 14 million square feet, with more than 3,000 acres of land sold. Currently, DeVries is the exclusive marketing representative for more than 3 million square feet of industrial properties in the Inland Empire, making him one of the most active and sought after experts in the region.
CHRIS DEVRIES – ASSOCIATE: Chris DeVries specializes in industrial properties within the Inland Empire and Orange County regions of Southern California. He began his work with his uncle Ian DeVries in 2005, focusing mainly on business development. His strengths in research and development bring a deeper level of intel to the table when generating new opportunities for the team to pursue. Chris works relentlessly as a liaison in order to provide Landlords and Tenants appropriate matches for each exclusive project.
PATTY UCHYTIL – MARKETING SPECIALIST: Patty has worked closely with the Ian DeVries for the past fifteen years. She is Marketing Specialist for the Team, and also helps in the areas of client relations and the business of buying and leasing industrial properties. Patty is an expert in contractual agreements when drafting offers and finalizing contracts. She is the communication hub for Tenants and Landlords and is consistently protecting our clientele behind the scenes during the transitional phases of each project.
